At Albion Waste, we ask all customers to sign up to Direct Debit. This is the most efficient way to pay.
In recognition and to thank you for allowing us to concentrate on providing you with a high quality service rather than chasing money, we will give you a 2 % discount in your first year*.
Direct Debit will save you time
You will don’t need to pay manually each time, your payments will be taken automatically when they are due.
For your peace of mind, you are fully protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. Direct Debit Guarantee means that if an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by the organisation or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
How it works
You will first receive an invoice, and on the payment due date, our system will notify you that payment is being scheduled 3 days after. You will have the opportunity to query any invoice before it is paid.

Gocardless
Gocardless is a third party Direct Debit Provider. They provide Direct Debit services to over 50,000 businesses processing around £1 billion payments per year.
*Direct Debit Discount is given after 12 months as a one-off 2% credit based on your first year bill, provided you carry on using our service for the second year following extending the contract. The credit will be calculated against your first bill of your second year.
